Educacentre offers a variety of Volunteer programs in St.Petersburg. Our aim is to give our students a unique dive into the real Russian daily life. All our work experience placements in St.Petersburg are unpaid and all extra fees such as accommodation, insurances, visas and etc should be covered by the students themselves.

The Volunteer programme includes:

• A minimum 4 week Intensive Russian course (30 lessons per week)

• A minimum 4 week Volunteer Programme

Total length of the programme: A minimum of 8 weeks

Both the length of study and the Volunteer Programme hold the possibility for extension (up to a maximum of 48 weeks total stay in Russia)

Popular placement fields: cultural: in museums’ archives; charitable: in orphanage with orphans and/or challenged people, work with homeless people

Programme requirements:

• Min age: 18+
• Min B2 level of English
• Min A2 level of Russian (after completing an Intensive course at Educacentre)

• An up-to-date copy of applicant’s CV

• A letter of motivation, mentioning the desired field of volunteering.

Police check and general medical check (only for those wishing to work with people)
